## What is RemoteKit?

RemoteKit lets developers access their AI coding agents remotely from any device. It runs on your Mac as a menu bar app or CLI, and you connect from your phone, tablet, or any browser via a PWA. ## Key Features

- Two connection modes: Local (LAN/VPN, no relay) and Remote (optional Cloudflare relay)

- Mac menu bar app (first run opens a short Setup Guide) and CLI (npx remotekit when published)
- Strong host at home: run on Mac Mini or Mac Studio, connect from a cheap laptop or phone; Always-On mode keeps the host awake
